
Beth has over 30 years of executive leadership experience where she has led and managed change. She has started businesses, merged non-profit corporations, designed and restructured organizations and developed funds.
Beth was trained in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance by Heidrich and Struggles through Rutgers University. She holds both a BA in Organizational Communication and a Master of Divinity. She has specific certification in Transitional Leadership.
She is the author of Who is God when We Hurt? a pastor, caregiver wrestles with grief, loss, faith and doubt and a contributing author of Sustaining Grace, inovative ecosystems for new faith communities.
She is the co-host of the Two Pastors' Podcast.
She is currently the Transitional Pastor for the Stanton Reformed Church.
She is a stepmother and a grandmother. She enjoys cooking, crocheting and gardening. There are always two books on her nightstand but if she is honest, she's enjoying couch time with her Bernedoodle, Sam.
